Investment Criteria
We invest in North American companies with sales up to $10M, that have demonstrated history of growth, and at least three years of profitable operations.
What we do
We are looking to acquire, operate, and grow privately-held businesses.
Industry Focus
While we are open to consider any business that meets our investment criteria, we have particular expertise and interest in the Healthcare, Education, Industrial Repair & Maintenance, and Business Services sectors.
